We had a leak over Christmas and Duane showed up and figured out the source and fixed it despite it being the holiday season. He was very communicative and kept me informed through the entire process. He also gave us a 90 day guarantee on the work he had done. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Showtime! I cannot express how grateful we are for Duane and his entire team. Our roof and gutters were damaged from the wind and hail. Duane scheduled us with Joel of Birds-Eye Consulting for a proper inspection and detailed pictures to submit to our insurance. They really care and worked directly with insurance on our behalf as this is our first house and our first insurance claim. The roofers and gutter team arrived on time, were very polite, and professional. Duane is very accessible and communicates every step along the way. We are so happy with our new roof and gutters!!! Duane and his team were very professional to work with. My project manager, Mathew, kept in contact and stayed onsite until my roof was finished. Im always cautious when replacing something as expensive and as critical as a roof. I was skeptical of Total pro roofing because they were a fairly new company compared to all of the other companies I had been talking with. The owner, Duane, went above and beyond to make sure I was knowledgeable on the product I was receiving. The roof install went great. The crew was timely, polite and left the house in great shape. No Trash anywhere. I would absolutely feel comfortable recommending Duane to anyone looking to get a new roof.
I needed residential roof repair completed re wind damage and spoke to Duane. He drove out within the hour, explained the damage and gave me an estimate which was $430 less than a previous estimate from a different company. He made the repairs after we spoke, showed me the work re FaceTime and I am completely satisfied with the work done. He was courteous and professional throughout my contact with him. At some point I will need a new roof, Duane will be the first call I make!
I've never seen faster service. I submitted the online form and within 5 minutes I received a call from Duane and 5 minutes later he was at my door to inspect and provide a quote. Quality same day service.
The Project Manager, Mathew was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He showed care and helped work with the insurance company. The owner was also incredibly awesome person. I will definitely recommend this company. They are very transparent and knowledgeable.

Showed up on time and did the whole roof in 1 day and repaired all the rotten wood for a really fair price my roof looks way better then it did before and the new gutters came out way better then expected I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any roof or gutter work done

Duane and his crew were great! He made the entire process easy, always communicating and always available to answer my questions. We had roof replacement, garage door, and gutter replacement due to hail storm. It was all done in a timely manner and we are very happy with the results. I was also impressed with the cleanup! They did a Fantastic job!
Great experience working with Duane and his crew! I had a leak in my roof and they were able to come out within a couple hours and fix it right then and there in the rain. And right before several days of storms passing through. I'll be calling him again for gutters and a patio cover!
Duane to the rescue, y'all! Long story short, we had a mud room/porch added on, the person who did that project messed up the roof terribly we had to get a new one, we let that person go, and that's when my husband found total pro roofing. He came out and saw the horrible mess we had on our hands. he knew what needed to be fixed within moments, then got a game plan together, and before you knew it, his awesome crew was there to make it all beautiful! the crew was kind, along with keeping us informed, etc. Duane also came out multiple times to check up on it all and followed up with a few texts/calls. We couldn't be more thrilled with how the new metal roof looks. I can say 100% we will call him when it's time for a new roof altogether and let our family/friends know about him. Do yourself a favor and just make the call. He will work with you, he is honest and transparent about everything. Wonderful experience all around.

In the last wind storm we had, I had some roof shingles blow off. I did not know this, until I had water dripping from our kitchen ceiling. I notice I had some roof shingles missing on my roof. I posted a request for repairs on our neighborhood Facebook page. David Williams referred Duane Huddleston to me. Thanks David. I called Duane and told him what I was needing. Duane came by about 4 hours later, to look at my roof. He found 6 shingles missing in two different places. Duane had the material with him and had my roof repaired within the hour. That is what I call great customer service. I highly recommend Duane and Total Pro Roofing. Roof problems? Give him a call. Thanks, Duane !!!

Cleaned up after and made sure there was no mess left behind. He even helped us repair damages under the old shingles that we didnt even know was there. He could have just covered it up and never even told us about it. So thankful for his crew and the wonderful job they did!
Total Pro Roofing was the first roofing company I contacted to do a small ridge vent repair on my storage building roof. He came the same day and let me tell you, it was worth the hour and a half wait (the job was not urgent) AND he went above and beyond on the repair so it will never come loose again! Hi Everyone, I'm posting this review to rave about Total Pro Roofing. They are one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. The crew is on time and hard working. They arrived at 7 am and was done by 3:00. They cleaned up all the trash and nails. I wish all the contractors I hired were as prompt and organized as these guys were. I also had my gutters done by the same company. Love my new roof and gutters. This just improved my home value by several thousand dollars. Duane the owner is great and gives a very fair estimate. I had a great customer service experience. I spoke with Matthew on Tuesday and he called me back on Wednesday to come out to do the roof repair. I was even able to negotiate the price at a lower cost, and is very satisfied with the appearance of the job.
Landon and Duane are extremely educated in roofing and other construction aspects plus they are very professional. I highly recommend them! When I called them to get a free inspection after I was missing shingles they went above and beyond to help me get insurance approval and my roof repaired quickly plus helped with my fence. A+ service!

On Sep 31st we had unexpected high winds come through and damaged the roof of our home. I contacted Total Pro and Duane came out the same day, and repaired and replaced the damaged shingles. I would highly recommend him!

This was the second time I have had a roof replacement in nearly 9 years. I really did not want to go through the process again because the experience I had back in 2014 was a miserable one.
